This is an opportunity to join a team of creative architects and interior designers to work on high-end custom residential projects, designing eye catching landscape and outdoor features that will set each project apart and produce high client satisfaction.
Job duties include the spectrum of landscape architectural practice. An associate will write proposals, will work on a project from schematic design through contract administration, will interact with clients, create and produce marketing material, and ideally, participate in business development to bring in project work.
Job requirements include:
- 4 years of experience
- Strong graphic skills, including hand graphics, Photoshop, InDesign, and Sketchup
- Construction documentation experience, including construction detailing and grading, intermediate to advanced CAD skills a must
- Good verbal communication
- Time management skills
- Knowledge of Texas plant material
- Ability to make own interpretation on directions
- Business development experience and skills preferred to assist with winning new work.
- Registration preferred.
- High-end residential design experience required.
Work Authorization and work experience:
- Must have US work experience to qualify.
- US Citizen, Green Card, or current US Employment Authorization Document. No VISA sponsorships.
